• Application are accepted until further notice. • At Cisco Meraki, our intuitive platform enables organizations of all sizes to deliver customer and employee experiences at scale. • Meraki Vision (MV) is the team responsible for building our security cameras with a unique edge-storage architecture. • MV Platform Engineers take the lead in building new Meraki security cameras and are responsible for our low level device firmware. • We use real-time telemetry from thousands of deployed networks to continuously improve performance and stability.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years professional (or comparable) experience programming in C or C++. • Have a firm knowledge of embedded systems development concepts. • Have strong experience executing embedded system firmware tasks. • Strong Problem Solving Skills using C++. • Have good understanding of unix based OS and Network fundamentals. • Effective Collaborative and Communication skills. • Have strong systems and networking foundational knowledge. • Know common bus protocols like I2C, SPI, and MDIO. • Have experience reading schematics and data sheets.
