Requirements

• Experience in Communications, Media or Public Relations or a related education. • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is required, including Excel and PowerPoint. • Ideally 1-2 years combined working in the communications, media analysis, or research field. • Client services experiences preferred. • In-depth knowledge of current trends, practices and techniques in media analysis in both traditional and modern media formats, i.e. print, broadcast and online, including social media. • In-depth knowledge of diverse report production / writing applications (i.e. quantitative and qualitative findings). • Readily adapts to new technology, tools and systems. Advanced problem solving and analytical skills. • Advanced listening and verbal communication skills to understand client requirements or problems and responds clearly and concisely. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task several requests in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
