Description

• Serves as a data scientist to evaluate Generative AI applications for compliance with regulations. • Assists with internal strategies to prevent legal violations. • Engages with business teams to develop CRM solutions. • Evaluates AI/ML models for algorithmic bias. • Prepares statistical results for regulatory requests and examinations.

Requirements

• Model development experience – preferably with AI/ML methods in finance or banking • Experience working in the explainable AI/ML field • Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies • Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Python, SAS, Pyspark • Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus • Relevant certifications desirable
