Description
•Monitor and investigate technical issues related to the cleaning, validation, and processing of AVL, ticket, and schedule data •Work closely with customers and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues •Conduct contextual analysis of bus, driver behaviour, route, and schedule adherence •Document and report all technical issues to management •Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the software and related technologies •Works with key internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Product research, analysts etc. to address specific customer issues or new product features. •Identify and define integration specific best practices
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in software or transport analytics •At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail •Some experience with database technologies, SQL and python •Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team •You are highly adaptable to a rapidly changing, growing business
