📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, etc.) to design, develop, and implement high-quality features across the entire software stack (front-end and back-end). • Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end services using Java and Spring frameworks. • Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript. • Help drive integration and architecture for Application integrations with Guidewire Cloud software (guidewire.com). • Design and implement secure and efficient APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end. • Leverage AWS services to build, deploy, and maintain our applications in a cloud environment. • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. • Actively participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and contribute to overall code quality. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the software development industry. • Experience with Elasticsearch for data indexing and search functionalities (Preferred). • Experience with GraphQL and Rest API design and development (Preferred). • Experience with parsing and processing PDF documents (Preferred).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer. • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC). • Solid understanding of front-end development using Angular and TypeScript. • Experience with Guidewire P&C Software (Cloud APIs) and Gosu language. • Experience with building and deploying applications on AWS platforms (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, ECR). • Experience building GraphQL APIs and other API architectures. • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills along with deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bonus points for Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). • Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
