Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with experience in leading team projects and being a tech lead • Strong hands-on experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript development • Expertise in front-end performance optimization and troubleshooting using Chrome Developer Tools, with a proven ability to demonstrate performance improvements through data • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices • Experience working closely with support teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver customer-focused solutions • Knowledge of browser extension development and familiarity with the Chrome ecosystem is a plus • Excellent communication, and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering team development • Ability to influence and guide both technical and business decisions, ensuring alignment between technical work and broader company objectives.
