Requirements

β€’ 4-6 years of software engineering experience. β€’ Intellectual curiosity and interest in learning how a business operates beyond an engineering context. β€’ Desire and past experience working at the intersection of revenue goals and engineering. β€’ A basic understanding of how a company operates and desire to learn how top of funnel business metrics drive company outcomes. β€’ Proven examples developing with AI in an assistive nature. β€’ Passion for applying engineering to novel business contexts in an effort to scale. β€’ Proficient with our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres, Node.js, Sanity. β€’ Pragmatic problem solver with a focus on delivering impact. β€’ Demonstrated personal and professional maturity. β€’ Experience taking software from ideation to production. β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Startup experience or a desire to build your own company one day.
