• Who We Are • Claritas Rx is a venture-backed digital health startup targeting specialty biopharmaceutical products. • Our mission is to illuminate the patient experience beyond the clinical trial. • The Position • Seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead Core Web engineering team. • Responsible for delivering product roadmap of Core Web application. • Lead multiple teams of full stack software engineers and BI developers. • Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering Directors. • Responsibilities • Lead teams to deliver on product roadmap. • Gather technical requirements ensuring quality of software architecture for core web product. • Foster innovation and ensure teams design and develop secure, high-quality production code. • Stay updated with technologies and mentor software engineers. • Who You Are • Skills/Knowledge: • Software engineering manager with hands-on experience in various disciplines. • Proven track record of leading agile software engineering teams. • Love working in a fast-paced startup environment. • 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering and technical delivery. • Strong experience in various programming languages and software development processes. • Experience with container management frameworks like Kubernetes. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Preferred: • Experience building BI and data visualization applications. • Knowledge of BI tools, preferably Tableau. • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and prior experience delivering analytics products in healthcare.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Math or other STEM related fields • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering • 3+ in People Management roles. • Strong technical skills in software design and development, with proficiency in UI frameworks, microservices, databases and AWS services. • Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and remove your team’s impediments and enable them to consistently meet their commitments.
