Description

• Expand consumer products to offerings for K-12 Districts and Schools, building an enterprise/B2B business. • Grow ClassDojo’s product experiences while deepening love for our brand. • Work closely with co-founders and cross-functional teams to invent and test exciting long-term ideas.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in designing, building, and shipping quality, secure, at-scale enterprise or B2B products as a lead Product Manager, across at least two companies, with at least one company at scale (>1M users), and one that was not a large, later stage co. • High ambition, with examples of outsize business impact • Works well in resource-constrained environments, fast moving environments • Exceptional product intuition: experience conducting user research and developing strong user understanding via many methods • Structured problem-solving ability • Strong coaching abilities for other product personnel • Strong quantitative skills and comfort with data and statistics, creating/refining hypotheses by exploring user data • Good judgment, strong thought partner for head of product & CEO on product + revenue strategy • Strong executor: delivers high quality products via solid process & organization • Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator (clear, concise written and spoken communication).
