📋 Description
• Ship new and improved features to end users in collaboration with team • Write, debug, and optimize code for web apps, API, databases, infrastructure • Deliver code to production frequently • Collaborate through pair programming, mob programming, code reviews • Support and improve build and delivery pipelines • Help to unblock teammates and other teams • Incrementally deliver value to users • Help grow other engineers into more senior engineers • Systematically improve product and process quality • Encourage collaboration and psychological safety
