🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and API-first design. • Strong background in fintech, SaaS, or high-transaction systems. • Experience designing and scaling event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and real-time processing pipelines. • Proficiency in modern backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc.). • Solid understanding of DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with data engineering, data lakes, and database performance tuning. • Proven ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence technical decisions at the executive level. • Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements in fintech or similar industries. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI/ML architectures and large-scale data processing. • Familiarity with digital payments or financial transaction processing. • Prior experience scaling multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
