• ClassWallet, a financial technology company serving agencies responsible for managing public funds, is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to provide strategic and executional leadership across our marketing and communication channels. • Agencies use ClassWallet to get public funds to the right people, and ensure the funds are used for the right purpose. ClassWallet’s suite of products and services empowers agency administrators to dramatically increase efficiency of funds distribution and spend compliance, reduce programmatic costs, maximize the full potential impact of the program, and satisfy the needs and expectations of policymakers, constituents and public reporting. ClassWallet has processed over $3.5 Billion to date and serves public agencies across 33 states. • The Company has developed an industry-defining digital wallet solution which has gained rapid traction among state and local agencies and school districts across America. • While the Company delivers immense business value, the social impact of ClassWallet is a fabric that runs through its mission and corporate culture. As a result of ClassWallet’s innovation, public programs run with exponentially more efficiency and the impact and breadth of the programs for the individuals they serve is dramatically higher. • As a key member of the Marketing team, you will develop and lead our product marketing strategy, evolving the awareness and growth, internally and externally, of ClassWallet products across our markets. • You will execute on the product marketing content strategy in collaboration with vertical marketing managers with creative development of assets for use across ClassWallet touchpoints to bring our story to life. The day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product development leaders, senior leadership, ClassWallet clients, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the company’s product marketing vision to the industry. • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to achieve market penetration and the company’s revenue goals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategies. • Lead the development of marketing materials including product presentations, website content, case studies, and other content including digital, social media, and thought leadership to reach ClassWallet’s target audiences. • Develop and execute a plan to conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and pain points, market trends, and competitor analysis. • Work with customer support teams to gather customer and user feedback through surveys and usage data to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Collaborate with marketing managers to track key marketing metrics to ensure product launch success and campaign effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 10+ years experience in product marketing management, creative producer, or project manager, preferably at a creatively driven ad agency or in-house marketing communications department. • Product marketing experience in state, local, and education marketing is a plus. • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field. • You have significant experience in leading product marketing teams focused on collaboration and outcomes. • You have at least 5 years working in HubSpot or related marketing systems. • You are passionate about branding and brand standards while fostering an impactful creative process among your team including employees, agencies and contract/freelance contributors. • You will be a go-to resource for the very best ways to execute on a content agenda and thought leadership topics. • You are enthusiastic, inquisitive, and team oriented, with the ability and vision to define the day-to-day aspects of your primary role while keeping focus on its larger goals. • You have shown the ability to actively build rapport, credibility, and influence and to make things happen throughout a high growth organization. • You have expertise in managing the creative development process across a variety of communication vehicles, including design, video, events, and PR. • You will support, understand, and enhance the creative development process across multiple media and functional teams. • You can balance working in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization with an analytical and focused approach to marketing.
