Description

β€’ Clean Power Alliance provides clean renewable energy at competitive rates to over three million residents. β€’ Seeking two graduate level or post-graduate interns to work on public policy research projects. β€’ Topics include financing options for infrastructure projects and renewable energy resource planning. β€’ Interns will report to the Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs and work closely with the team.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Excellent time management skills and attention to detail β€’ Ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality β€’ Ability to conduct presentations with professionalism β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint β€’ Excellent reading and writing skills β€’ Organized, detail-oriented, highly self-motivated to stay on track of schedule β€’ Excellent verbal communicator β€’ Curious about the electricity/energy industry, with some basic knowledge of the electricity market and understanding of renewable energy technologies

Benefits

β€’ Graduate & Post-Graduate Internship compensation ranges from $25.00-$35.00/hour, with exact compensation to be determined by Clean Power Alliance, dependent on skills and experience. β€’ This is a part-time/temporary position. β€’ Interns are only eligible for mandated benefits, such as sick pay, workers’ compensation, and Medicare contributions.
