• As the Project Coordinator to the Scientific Affairs team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, project, logistical, and strategic tasks. • Enable the Scientific Affairs team to focus on critical scientific and business priorities. • Cover all aspects of the Scientific Affairs team’s responsibilities, including regulatory affairs and quality, data science, clinical research operations, clinical data management and biostatistics, and research core laboratory responsibilities. • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes. • Maintain project documentation including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. • Coordinate logistical aspects of projects and meetings. • Assist in data entry, collection, and analysis for project monitoring and evaluation purposes. • Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met. • Provide support on additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • 2 years of Administrative and/or Project Coordination experience. • Preferred experience in a medtech/healthcare startup or healthcare field. • Proficiency in software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SAP Concur). • Experience with project management software (Confluence) preferred. • Excellent typing and data entry skills. • Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to draft emails, reports, and other documents with precision and clarity. • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. • Experience coordinating travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries). • Skill in maintaining digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and correspondence. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Willingness to take on new tasks as needs evolve. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Resilience in the face of challenges and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
