Description

• Communicate to senior management regarding risks pertaining to assigned projects. • Work with vendors on SaaS applications managed by the office. • Manage access requests through the NAMS system. • Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and conference room activities. • Assist the Business Office in funding reconciliation for all demand services. • Remote, hybrid, and onsite positions necessitate the employee bears travel costs to the nearest NASA Center for badging and issue of NASA IT equipment.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and at least 1 year experience in project management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • 3+ years of A/V industry experience (preferred). • Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Planner (preferred). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
