• The successful candidate will perform a range of tasks supporting the Energy Efficiency Program. • Identify efficiency opportunities that may qualify for new construction incentives • Communicate technical issues across the project team • Work closely with architects and engineers to incorporate energy efficiency measures into designs • Support special projects that may include programs involving WELL Building Standard • Work with the Leidos team in the development of electrification programs and trade ally partner outreach • Support additional energy efficiency or electric vehicle programs as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and two plus (2+) years of prior relevant experience OR Masters Degree in Business and one plus (1+) years of prior relevant experience. • Prior relevant experience refers to experience in marketing, client relations and/or project management • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and statistical knowledge and skills using Excel • Ability to be self-starting—demonstrate initiative---including the ability to collaborate well in a supportive team environment
