Description

• Sibylline is looking for a talented professional to support our internal management of Embedded Services. • This role would be responsible for supporting regional and senior Embedded Services managers in leading the coordination of RFP processes for new clients/teams and also delivering overarching process, training, change implementation and project management. • Sibylline’s Embedded Services support a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, and the roles and functions of our embedded teams reflect that. • All our embedded deployments are tailored to fit our clients' requirements, and the approach of our Embedded Services Managers must reflect that. • The Administrative and Process Manager would support the Embedded Services Managers in being adaptable and responsive in delivering effective solutions in managing these services. • The Embed Services team is a key source of resources, advice, training, and development for our embedded staff.

Requirements

• University / college degree, preferably in Security Studies, International Relations, Business Management, Communications, or a related field • 2-5 years’ experience working in a dynamic commercial setting • Excellent understanding of the intelligence consulting sector, particularly related to corporate security, investigations, and risk management • Project and change management experience • Robust interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly forge positive relationships • Commercially astute, with knowledge of RFP and new business development processes • Pro-active, self-confident, and ready to take responsibility with minimal supervision • Ability to multi-task and quickly pivot between responsibilities as new, time-sensitive issues emerge • Able to professionally handle confidential and sensitive material, including client information and data • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Fluency in English, both written and verbal • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational and planning skills • Full existing authorization to live and work in the US • Willing to undertake domestic and international travel as needed
