Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the Hispanic Latin American market • Discover new accounts not created in the CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the system • Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads (occasionally required, preferably based in Bogotá) • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies • Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients • Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound sales as a BDR • Minimum of 12 months of experience in the SaaS industry • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English • Strong understanding of BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification methodology • Experience working within the Mexican and Colombian markets is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
