Description

• As the Director of Paid Media, you will lead the marketing strategy for our iGaming Gambling (fiat & crypto) and Web3 media verticals. • You’ll bring an in-depth background in performance marketing (Growth, PPC, Paid Media, etc.), with a proven track record in scaling successful marketing campaigns for large and gambling groups. • Your expertise will be critical in navigating both traditional and emerging Web3 markets, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends. • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple brands within the gambling and media Web3 space, driving customer acquisition and retention. • Oversee and optimise performance marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display Ads, etc.) to maximise ROI and drive exponential growth. • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, including directors and heads of marketing, across different geographies and business units. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Growth) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive revenue growth. • Identify and capitalise on opportunities within Web3 and blockchain technologies, targeting the right audience and maximising user engagement. • Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company is a leader in innovative marketing approaches in both gambling and Web3. • Manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to high-impact campaigns.

Requirements

• Oversee PPC for web3, worldwide • Oversee aggressive PPC for casino affiliate, worldwide • Oversee aggressive PPC for our casino operators, web3 + casino, worldwide • Lead and develop upcoming casino affiliate PPC team • Oversees Programmatic and reporting • Oversees paid media on adult sites • Tries out new paid stuff that we're currently not exploring • Either web3, casino or adult entertainment sites - one of them is essential. • MUST have experience with aggressive PPC • MUST have in-depth programmatic experience
