Description

• Create, manage, and maintain Google Workspace / Jira accounts for a user base exceeding 500. • Manage our Slack Channels and Workspace. • Manage a series of 200+ Wordpress websites user roles and ensuring everything is up-to-date and secure. • Assist our HR and CTO with everyday IT support tasks and various employee requests. • Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions. • Provide IT support to employees, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently. • Guide and assist staff through various communication platforms, including Skype and Slack. • Stay informed about the latest trends in technology, with a focus on web3 technology (desirable but not essential).

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. • Strong understanding of Google Workspace / Jira administration. • Knowledge of IT security protocols and breach prevention. • Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal • An open-minded, proactive approach to problem-solving. • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.
