• Working with a set of managers in central functions and sales • Deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle • This role requires prior experience in a HR role • Global enterprise so no specific countries labour law experience is required although multinational experience is highly preferable
• Prior experience in a HR role facing off to managers in a junior HRBP or Advisor role • Responsible for HR support to manager group across the full employee lifecycle • Being a trusted partner for managers to tackle a range of worker issues • Advising on setting goals, organizational design and managing team performance to align teams with business objectives • Ensuring managers remain aligned with process / compliance • Supporting managers with recruitment and onboarding advice • Managing probation reviews with managers • Employee relations for client group • Liaison with payroll to ensure payments are correct • Managing reward for client group (benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes) • Some support to operational HR activity when required • Supporting a range of projects across the HR team
