• In this role, you'll innovate and streamline people operations processes for the People team at poolside. • Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and ad hoc reporting across teams. • Manage the People tech stack and vendor relationships to sync systems more efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience as a generalist in HR and/or People Ops with deep knowledge of payroll, benefits, HR compliance, HRIS, and self-service automation. • Experience with US payroll is a plus. • Experience introducing new tools, tech, processes, and workflows to People Ops. • High level of confidentiality & discretion in handling sensitive information. • Strong urge to automate everything possible to avoid human error.
