•Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and target audience across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram. •Create engaging, platform-specific content that educates and informs our audience about cryptocurrency news, trends, and developments in Brazil and globally. •Manage daily operations of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely responses to user comments and messages. •Collaborate with the editorial team to repurpose written content into visually appealing social media posts, short-form videos, and infographics. •Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights for improvement. •Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices in the crypto industry. •Coordinate with influencers and industry experts for collaborations and guest appearances on our channels. •Organize and moderate live streaming events, AMAs, and webinars on relevant platforms.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector. •Proven track record of growing and engaging social media communities across multiple platforms. •Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the Brazilian crypto market. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. •Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. •Experience with graphic design software. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing trends in both social media and cryptocurrency landscapes. •Experience in community management and moderating online discussions. •Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for social platforms. •Familiarity with crypto trading platforms and DeFi concepts. •Good understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
