Requirements
• Previous experience as Finance Manager • Strong understanding of EBITDA, IRR, and management labor efficiency ratios • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership team • Experience in M&A and Capital Raising • Strong financial project management skills
