📋 Description
• Lead and mentor a team focused on resolving complex RCM issues. • Oversee investigation and resolution of complex billing, coding, and reimbursement issues. • Collaborate with teams for root cause identification and corrective action. • Analyze patterns in escalated issues for process enhancement. • Develop and update SOPs to prevent recurrence of issues. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding escalated concerns.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in RCM software and data analysis tools. • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
