Requirements

• Experience in technical writing or working in knowledge operations. • The ability to break down complex systems into simple, understandable language. • Familiarity with CRM tools. • Ability to analyze data, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify content gaps and areas for improvement. • Strong research background or abilities to quickly gather and understand new information about systems, products, or business areas.
