• This is a remote position. • As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and customizations to the Salesforce Platform. • You will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure the development of scalable solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. • There are some analyst duties with this position. • You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and collaborate to implement system enhancements. • This is crucial in optimizing the utilization of Salesforce throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Flows, Formulas and Validation Rules. • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and customizations. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions. • Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. • Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our platform. • Document technical specifications as needed. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. • Where necessary, lead Salesforce related projects by identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, solutioning and design, documentation and change management of process and system changes. • Work on a Scrum team consisting of Admins and Developers utilizing Agile software methods to support all aspects of Salesforce.
