• At Horizontal Digital, we hold ourselves to one key belief: You’re only as good as your worst customer experience. • This mantra is what drives our digital consultancy to think beyond the easy answers and instead create websites, apps, portals and other experiences. • You will play a key project leadership role on large scale Healthcare client implementation and optimization projects. • You will be expected to possess technical knowledge of Salesforce Core, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud platforms. • You will apply your technical, analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, and leadership skills. • Become a trusted advisor to our clients and facilitate ongoing communications and guiding efforts to manage and exceed client expectations. • Ability to Lead client Discovery sessions and document client requirements. • Identify business needs and design elegant functional solutions. • Manage client expectations by identifying and communicating risks and trade-offs. • Work with Horizontal team members to ensure flawless execution of the signed solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CRM industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences. • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience and 2 years Health Cloud experience, or extensive (3-5+ years) experience with declarative software configuration (Epic/Cerner, Veeva, etc.) in Healthcare or Life Sciences. • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems. • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills. • 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience. • Possess Salesforce Sales, Service, Health & Experience Cloud certification(s). • Marketing Cloud certification preferred. • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to articulate design of transformational journeys and outcomes. • Ability to engage with Senior and C-level clients in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue. • Deep understanding of Payer, Provider, and “Pay-vider” member business models, terminology, and business concepts, as well as intricacies each requires from an architectural standpoint. • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University or College preferred.
