Requirements

• Possession of a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is crucial. • Additional certifications in Salesforce Admin, App Builder, or other related technologies will set you apart. • A minimum of 3-5 years in Salesforce development, demonstrating proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex. • Strong background in integrating Salesforce with other systems through API or middleware solutions. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, showcasing your ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver iterative improvements. • Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce declarative and programmatic methods, including creating custom objects, workflows, processes, and data models. • Adept in implementing security practices within Salesforce, including field-level security, profiles, and sharing rules. • Proficient in using Salesforce DX and version control to manage code deployments and team collaboration. • A proven track record of staying updated with Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, and continuously learning new features to leverage the full potential of Salesforce. • Exceptional team collaboration skills, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability. • A clear communicator who can engage effectively with teams and stakeholders, embodying our culture and values.
