πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Seeking a RevOps Manager to enhance our go-to-market (GTM) operations, improve data governance, and optimize the CloudBees tech stack. β€’ This role will be instrumental in reducing sales admin burden, driving accountability, and providing critical quote support for our EMEA/APAC teams. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Data Governance & Management: Overcome legacy data debt to improve GTM accuracy and efficiency. β€’ Enforce data hygiene best practices across Salesforce and other GTM tools improving pipeline generation, deal execution, and forecasting. β€’ GTM Tech Stack Optimization: Administer and integrate GTM tools, drive integration, automation and efficiency. β€’ Sales & Quote Support (EMEA/APAC): Provide dedicated quote support for EMEA/APAC teams, optimizing in-time-zone coverage. β€’ Reporting & Accountability: Assist in build/maintenance of reports/dashboards driving further visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in a direct/indirect GTM support role. β€’ Strong expertise in data management, reporting GTM Tech tools (SFDC). β€’ Experience managing and integrating GTM tech stacks. β€’ Understands the GTM Customer Lifecycle, with familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk motion. β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset. β€’ Experience working in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies (preferred). β€’ Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization methodologies (preferred). β€’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
