• About Us • Close is a bootstrapped, profitable, 100% remote, ~100 person team of thoughtful individuals who value autonomy and impact, focused on building a product our customers love. • We're building the sales communication and collaboration platform of the future. • We're looking for our sixth Product Manager to help accelerate product development from idea through launch and to work closely with our Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams. • This Sr. Product Manager will join one of our functional Product Teams - Admin and Onboarding. • This role will have impact on a number of key company metrics: conversion, onboarding, and activation rates. • Our product development process is inspired by Shape Up. • Our Engineers love open sourcing our code and ideas on our GitHub and on The Making of Close, our behind-the-scenes Product & Engineering blog. • You are...

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the US (ET, CT, MT, PT). • Backed by 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping B2B SaaS for SMBs. • Backed by 5+ years experience at software/internet companies in a product, engineering, or customer-facing role. • Passionate about listening to customers and diving deep into their problems and needs. • Detail-oriented, organized, and great at writing. • Opinionated - you have good product vision & design sense. • Comfortable writing specs, drawing wireframes, & rapidly iterating on new feature ideas. • Experienced with metrics/analytics tools. • Growth minded; pushing to ship Product that moves the needle. • Bonus points if you have... • Experience in sales or with sales tools / CRMs. • Experience in product growth and running growth experiments. • Significant experience in Figma or other design/prototyping tools. • A technical/engineering background, not afraid to dabble in Python, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
