📋 Description
• Partner closely with the Head of Product and Commercial teams to understand customer use cases for payments and utility products • Direct the product strategy and OKRs for a cross-functional team • Develop innovative payment solutions that align with our mission to modernize financial system • Build and scale Stablecoin solutions that meet customer needs • Collaborate with enterprise clients to enable stablecoin adoption • Drive adoption, revenue growth, and operational success for Paxos’ offerings • Foster a collaborative, innovative, high-performing product team.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years in a Product Management role, ideally at a B2B software company • Proven experience leading product strategy for payment solutions, fintech, or blockchain-based products. • Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including payment rails, cross-border payments, and settlement processes. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric solutions. • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and regulatory teams. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive action. • Demonstrated ability to scale products and grow revenue in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform payments and financial services.
