📋 Description
• Real is looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Product Manager to lead key strategic initiatives that support Real’s Brokerage, Mortgage, and Title businesses. • The Senior Product Manager serves as the proxy for our internal and external customers and is responsible for working with key stakeholders in the company as well as our top-notch Engineering team to bring products from inception to market. • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and deploy solutions for our Real Estate Agents and their clients. • You’ll lead the discovery process to understand customer needs, help create the product strategy and roadmap, define product requirements, and manage the product backlog. • In addition, you’ll conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and implement and monitor product metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required. Masters in Computer Science or MBA is preferred. • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in tech-driven companies. • Technical competence & strong analytical skills • Experience working in a fast paced, Agile environment • Understanding of residential real estate transaction details strongly preferred • Experience working on internal and/or B2B platforms as well as consumer-facing products (preferred) • Start-up experience and passion for residential real estate (preferred)
