Description

• Design and implement integrated omni-channel media strategies that align with client objectives. • Serve as both the internal and external subject matter expert regarding all things omni and full-funnel. • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness. • Involve direct client engagement to effectively build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships. • Collaborate with complementary teams to ensure cohesive execution of media strategies across all platforms. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals. • B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus. • Experience leading digital advertising teams (preferably at an agency). • Proven track record managing high campaign volumes, large budgets & complex strategies across multiple channels, and driving quantifiable results. • Hands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). • Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns. • Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision-makers. • Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships. • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation. • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics). • Strong project management and communication skills. • Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
