• Own, adapt and execute the connectivity engagement strategy across Distribution globally, delivering quantifiable results and managing complex relationships. • Engage and develop key partner distribution relationships globally based on the Cloudbeds strategy; • Define and track account-based objectives and key results related to Distribution partnerships covering growth, go-to-market and overall health; • Build and nurture multi-level relationships with key prospects and partners; • Drive better integration and alignment between partners and teams focussing on revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, and customer support; • Manage partner programs and ensure Cloudbeds becomes and remains the strategic/premier provider of major channels; • Work with the marketing team to establish a clearly differentiated and data-driven commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy; • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of key business objectives, channel revenue deliverables and related product enhancement initiatives.
• 5+ Years of Experience required in a Distribution role within technology, and consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services; • SME knowledge of the distribution / connectivity landscape including OTAs, Wholesale, CRS, GDS and Channel Management required; • Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; A team player who can lead by influence; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team; Flexibility to work across multiple time zones; • Demonstration of ability to interact and ultimately influence executives and leaders; • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask; • Ability to demonstrate Cloudbeds' core values
