Requirements

•Expert Consulting Skills •Over 10 years of experience in consulting, specializing in AI solutions with a proven track record of delivering successful projects to large enterprise clients. •Advanced AI Expertise •Deep understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI (GenAI), and computer vision. •Technical Mastery •Comprehensive knowledge of leading cloud platforms and enterprise IT infrastructure, with the ability to assess and recommend optimal configurations for AI solutions. •Solution Design Excellence •Expertise in designing integrated solutions that combine professional services, business processes, and technical capabilities into a single comprehensive plan, meeting compliance requirements and aligning with enterprise infrastructure. •Regulatory Knowledge •Strong familiarity with key regulatory frameworks, including data privacy and protection regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry-specific compliance requirements. •Critical Thinking •Exceptional critical thinking skills to evaluate alternative approaches, assess risks and rewards, and communicate recommendations effectively. •Project Leadership •Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery of results within scope, timeline, and budget. •Exceptional Communication Skills •Adept at tailoring communication to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and internal stakeholders, to ensure clarity and alignment. •Meticulous Attention to Detail •Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and precision in all deliverables. •High Integrity and Confidentiality •Demonstrates unwavering integrity, consistently maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safeguarding confidential information. •Educational Background •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (Master’s degree preferred). •High Emotional and Cultural Intelligence •Possesses strong EQ and CQ, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures. •Global Perspective •International work or life experience, with a passion for working across borders and cultures, is highly valued. •Flexibility for Travel •Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, primarily within the U.S. to support client and project needs.
