Description

• Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system • Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned • Send email communication to vendors as needed. • Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed. • Automotive interest or knowledge is plus. • You will be working with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the product. • Attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail • Ability to learn and follow processes • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. • Active listener and good team collaborator. • Basic Microsoft Excel skills • PC proficient • Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred • Not required, but a plus: Knowledge of automotive parts
