🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. • Extensive development experience on the JVM, primarily using Java. • At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience with Kotlin. • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages. • Strong experience with Spring Boot and backend development frameworks. • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Vaadin is a plus. • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like Pulumi, Terraform, or equivalents. • Experience in the FinTech sector or traditional banking domains is advantageous. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset. • Ability to thrive in a startup environment—adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity. • No formal degree required; we value skills and experience over credentials.
