Requirements

β€’ Possesses a strong desire to provide the best customer service possible. β€’ Have flexibility of schedule to include evenings and weekends. β€’ Adaptability; processes and workflows may change. β€’ Availability; our Supervisors will be checking in very often. β€’ The ability to comfortably multi-task. β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and typing skills 25 WPM. β€’ You’re a GREAT team member with the attitude to match!

Benefits

β€’ $15.00 hourly base pay plus Phone Time bonus. β€’ Average agent earns $17-19 per hour with bonus β€’ Shift differentials for night and weekend work β€’ 401K retirement plan β€’ Comprehensive health plan, including medical, dental and vision β€’ Company paid sick time
