Visa sponsorship is not available. • You will ensure that our operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and industry regulations, maintain ethical integrity, and provide guidance on compliance issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in the payments or fintech industry, with experience in scaling compliance frameworks for U.S. business operations. • Deep knowledge of U.S regulatory requirements, including AML, OFAC, BSA, and consumer protection regulations, as well as licensing requirements for financial businesses. • Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess complex compliance issues and implement effective solutions. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools, aiding in process automation and monitoring. • Proven experience or familiarity with AI agents and data-driven models used for compliance process optimization. • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), or similar certification preferred.
