• As part of the Finance Group, the Financing Compliance Manager will support the company in various functions including management of debt and tax equity facilities, covenant compliance, internal and external reporting, and process improvement. • This position will play a vital role in the organization by ensuring all financing obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner. • The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team responsible for adhering to debt obligations, maintaining good standing with lenders, and supporting the overall financial health of the business. • This position will coordinate with a variety of internal and external counterparties including Capital Markets, FP&A, Asset Management, various banks, and tax equity partners. • This role requires a deep understanding of financial regulations, debt structures, and the renewable energy industry. • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. • They will maintain meticulous records in a multi-project, multi-entity setting and will thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment demanding a high-level of ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt compliance, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry. • Strong understanding of debt instruments, financial covenants, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Prefer experience in renewables.
