📋 Description

• CRA Compliance Manager – To $125K – Remote (Colorado) – Job # 3426 • The Symicor Group is a boutique talent acquisition firm specializing in banking and accounting talent. • Responsible for planning and executing CRA and CDFI initiatives meeting deadlines and budgets. • Key responsibilities include CDFI certification, strategy development, and impact reporting. • Candidate must reside in Colorado. (This is a remote position.) • Lead a team for timely and accurate reporting for all impact-related reports and train staff on regulations. • Develop and implement strategies for CDFI and CRA. • Collaborate with leaders to assign tasks and ensure resource availability. • Prepare and present project updates to management. • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance. • Participate in networking organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or GED Required • 4 Year college degree in business-related field preferred. • 5 years CDFI and/or large bank CRA experience required. • Superior skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. • A deep understanding of loan products and available data • Demonstrated success in implementing and managing through regulatory change. • Intermediate-advanced Excel user or experience preferred.
