• Responsible for daily planning and supervision of Compliance and Revenue Integrity operations. • Acts as liaison with health system providers and teams. • Promotes employee growth and development. • Manages staffing requirements and participates in performance reviews. • Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or another relevant major is required. Master's degree preferred. • A minimum of three years of billing and collections or government audit or revenue cycle experience required. • Certified Professional Coder preferred. • Epic experience preferred.
