• Join Foley and help motor carriers thrive! • We're hiring a Remote Customer Service - Compliance Customer Service Agent. • Location: Remote (Residents of MA, SC, GA, FL, TX are welcome to apply!) • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 8 pm EST (Evening availability required, including two evening shifts per week) • At Foley, we believe that missions are accomplished with people, driving towards a greater purpose. Requirements

• Support clients, drivers, and candidates in understanding DOT and FCRA regulations. • Conduct employment verifications and gather crucial information. • Respond to client questions, review driver documents, and process compliance documents. • Maintain expertise in regulations and Foley products and educate clients on drug testing and background checks. • Promote Foley's reputation and deliver outstanding customer service. • High School Diploma or equivalent • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written • Remote experience preferred • Reliable internet connectivity and a peaceful working environment • Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings • Capability to adjust to shifting priorities • Experience in and the aptitude to provide exceptional customer service • Motivated individual with a proactive approach, mainly in remote setting. • Strong work ethic and exceptional integrity • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the ability to utilize internal systems • Demonstrated aptitude for effective organizational and prioritization abilities • A strong desire to develop long-term professional growth
