Description

• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage state regulatory violations • Maintain relationships with state regulators • Track and report compliance issues • Assist in colleague training on compliance topics • Manage violation reports and disputes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred • Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Five (5) years of compliance experience • Three (3) years of claims management, managed care, call center or related experience • Jurisdictional knowledge of Maine Workers Compensation required • Thorough knowledge of state regulatory compliance standards • Good knowledge of claims management system • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to work in a team environment
