📋 Description
• Clover Health’s mission is to improve every life. • Seek a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle for procurement operations. • Ensure compliance, enhance cross-functional communication, mitigate risks, and optimize process efficiency. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive contracts are executed according to best practices and internal SLAs.
🎯 Requirements
• You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • You have 3+ years of experience in procurement contract management, supplier negotiations, or a related field. • You have a strong understanding of contract best practices, including standard terms & conditions (T&Cs); experience with IT contracts is a plus. • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder goals and priorities. • You have experience with Contract Management Software (Gatekeeper preferred).
