📋 Description

• At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. • We are hiring several Product Managers on the Counterpart team to be members of pod triads. • You will own the entire product lifecycle -- from roadmap, research, and design, through development and successful landings. • Each role includes being responsible for leading pods with engineers, clinicians, data scientists, and designers. • Build ML products focused on the early diagnosis of chronic conditions and the associated indicators that help provide context to clinicians. • Bring automated clinical documentation to all Counterpart providers. • Build rapidly iterated MVP products leveraging new technologies, fostering a culture of innovation. • Be a leader on a pod with the product ‘triad’: product, design, engineering, and data science. • Be the subject matter expert on the pod for all things relating to our user, business, and industry. • Focus on identifying and solving the highest impact areas for our users and our business. • Iteratively improve the product, delivering customer value as early as possible.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a minimum of 2+ years of product experience. • You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in primary care provider workflows OR working on data platforms OR driving innovation in healthtech, including experience in startups, digital health solutions, or emerging technologies. • You have experience being part of an empowered product organization. • You are proficient with SQL, data analytics, and have an understanding of machine learning approaches. • You own outcomes. Product launches are fun, but seeing the impact of the pod’s work driving improved patient outcomes is what motivates you.
