• Taxback International is a leading global VAT solutions provider. • Our integrated technology streamlines the processes of global VAT compliance, recovery & payment for Enterprise and Medium sized businesses worldwide. • The successful employee will work extensively with the Client Engagement Team on VAT Compliance queries and escalations. • Focus to always strive to exceed client expectations. • Responsibilities include coordinating work between Client Management and Compliance Teams, managing client queries, suggesting process improvements, and keeping management informed of performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English, both verbally and written is a requirement. Additional languages are a strong advantage. • Ambitious, organized and being a person who enjoys a process driven approach to tasks. • Working well independently with a strong sense of how to prioritize in a fast paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail. • Good commercial acumen in identifying potential issues before they occur. • Experience in B2B client communications is an advantage. • Ability to relay urgency in a convincing, friendly and patient manner. • Excellent team player. • Experience in working with Microsoft package is advantageous.
