• The CMS Imaging, Associate Field Service Engineer, installs, services and provides preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment with a team of experienced FSEs. • CMS Imaging, Inc. is the premier healthcare solutions provider specializing in the sales and service of diagnostic medical imaging equipment. • With Service Engineers through the southeast, CMS continues to grow and expand. • Founded in 1987 in Charleston, SC as an independent service organization, CMS Imaging has expanded its product line to include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and Advanced Fluoroscopic systems. • Software solutions including PACS and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA) are also available to enable customers to display, manage, and store imaging data.

Requirements

• A Biomedical Technician Associates Degree or Electronic/electrical training through military, on the job or technical school training. • Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction for billed, warranty, and contract service. • Travel to and from customer locations throughout Southeast. • Responsible for maintaining professional appearance, and attitude to ensure customer satisfaction for all service and installation issues. • Responsible for evaluating and completing all service calls assigned. • Upon completion of service repair, onsite closure of required paperwork, including any regulatory, quality and satisfactory completion of dispatch or service incident report is required, including customer acknowledgment with signature attached. • Completion of service follow-up with customer within 48 hours of completed service call to ensure customer satisfaction. • If required, assist in researching repair part source, part number, and provide all information to the Customer Support Representative (CSR)/Service Dispatcher for order processing. • Responsible for assigning shipping priority and delivery destination for repair parts. • Verify with CSR/Dispatcher that repair parts have been ordered and shipped for delivery. • Install and service of equipment, which includes working with high voltage such as 208v to 480v 3F AC power. • Maintain proper use of personal radiation monitoring equipment. • Responsible for complying with all OSHA and DHEC Radiation Safety regulations. • Responsible for completing all paper work necessary including, Service Report, FDA 2579, CMS QC Report and others.
