Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and at least 15 years of professional experience. • Consulting experience, specifically having managed PNL of a professional services business. • Strong understanding of and experience in operational transformation and automation technologies. • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on client success and business growth. • Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills. • Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team. • Willing to travel on average 50% of the time. • Must have and maintain US work authorization. • Advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the robotics, automation, or related industry.
